Edinburgh Castle is amazing!
On Tuesday 29th April P4/3 went on a school trip to Edinburgh Castle. We saw loads of things that we have been learning all about in our class. We saw the moat, portcullis, drawbridge and cannons! The whole class got dressed up. The boys were dressed up as knights and the girls were ladys and servents. We saw a table that was set for a medieval meal with all the food they ate back then. We got to hold and wear some of the weapons and helmets! I had such a fun time! Kelsey

Hi P4/3…I am a teacher of a class of seventeen children in a small school in New South Wales, Australia. The class is the only one in the whole school, and has grades kindergarten right up to year six altogether! We are new to blogging, and found your photos and writing on your blog interesting…we don’t have any historical castles in Australia, and our history dates to just over two hundred years. Keep up the fantastic blogging, and send us some comments if you’d like to, we would love to hear from you!
